AIR QUALITY TESTING

Know the Air You Breathe

PROFESSIONAL AIR QUALITY TESTING

Indoor air quality plays a crucial role in your comfort, health, and overall well-being. Whether you’re buying a new property, investigating a persistent odor, or concerned about mold or allergens in your environment, professional air quality testing provides the answers you need.

We offer comprehensive air quality testing, including mold spore analysis and particulate identification, to help you understand exactly what you’re breathing—and what might be harming your air.

Objective

UNBIASED TESTING

Unlike remediation companies who may profit from finding and fixing problems, we offer unbiased air quality testing with no conflict of interest. Our only goal is to provide clear, accurate, and objective results, so you can make informed decisions about next steps—if any are necessary.

We proudly partner with Pro-Lab, a nationally accredited third-party laboratory known for reliable, high-quality environmental testing. All samples are analyzed by Pro-Lab and typically returned within 2–3 business days.

Your Air Test

What We Test For

What’s Included in Our Testing

We offer two key services under our Air Quality Testing tab:

  • Mold Air Quality Testing – This service identifies the presence and concentration of airborne mold spores, comparing indoor samples with outdoor controls to determine whether active mold growth may be present.

  • Particulate Identification – This testing determines the types of particles floating in your air, which can help identify sources of contamination, allergens, or potential irritants.

Each service is available individually or together in one combined visit.

What to Expect

We make the process simple and hassle-free:

On-Site Visit – We take multiple air samples from key areas of concern.

Sample Submission – All samples are sent to Pro-Lab for analysis.

Report Delivery – You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-read report within 2–3 business days.

Next Steps – If elevated levels are detected, you’ll have an objective report to share with a remediation specialist or HVAC contractor.

We are happy to walk you through your report and help you understand what the findings mean in plain English.
